Pickup/shipping in shopify

In product page, let customers know what product can be bought and shipped or what can only be pick up an where it can be picked up.
In cart drawer and cart page, let customers know if their order can't be shipped and what product to remove if they want it to be shipped or picked up.
Make cart notice if their cart is a mix of product in inventory and why.
Make a notice on cart page when click the button checkout if no shipping or pickup available and check the cart.
Basically make it clear that only ''Blv. industriel'' location ship and pick up. All the others are only pick up when they buy online.
Before it is complete, we will have to check the translation of everything and approve that is what we wanted the site to do for the product in stock.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We have to make it clear to customers that add a product in their cart that if the product is available for shipping or only pickup depending on the inventory location. We do not want the transferring around from stores and we only ship product from one location. All the other location will only be offering pickup. Although, we also want the location that we can ship to be also available for pickup.
