Part-Time Shopify Product Listing Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented part-time e-commerce assistant to help create and manage product listings in Shopify.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable using AI tools to assist with product copywriting.
Responsibilities
Create new product listings in Shopify
Upload and organize product images
Write and edit product descriptions using AI tools
Ensure all product information is accurate and formatted correctly
Add product details such as sizes, materials, pricing, and tags
Edit and update existing listings as needed
Maintain consistent formatting and presentation across products
Requirements
Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written English skills
Comfortable using AI tools for copywriting
Ability to follow formatting guidelines and instructions
Reliable and organized
Project Details
Part-time freelance position
Work is primarily asynchronous (no phone calls required)
Approximately 5–15 hours per week depending on workload
Preferred (but not required)
Experience with product merchandising
Familiarity with fashion products
Basic image editing skills
