Order doesn't come to shopify from tiktok shop from free samples

I have a problem — the orders from TikTok Shop are not syncing with Shopify when they are Free Sample orders for TikTok creators. These orders have no value, they are free, and because of that, Shopify is not processing them. I need to solve this issue to ensure these samples are sent to the creators.
