My Shopify store needs a thorough on-page SEO overhaul, from URL structure through to metadata and content hierarchy, so that search engines understand every product and collection as clearly as shoppers do. The ultimate aim is threefold: climb the rankings, attract more qualified traffic, and make the browsing experience feel faster and more intuitive.
At the moment I’m not even sure whether any AI apps or automations are already running in the back-end, so I first need an audit that pinpoints what is in place and what is missing. From there I’d like practical, Shopify-friendly AI recommendations—think product-page copy generation, automated meta description writing, smart internal linking or schema markup suggestions—alongside traditional best-practice optimisation.
Deliverables I will sign off on:
• A concise audit report outlining the current on-page SEO health and any existing AI integrations
• An actionable optimisation plan that maps each page type (homepage, collections, products, blog) to specific improvements
• Implementation of agreed changes inside Shopify (theme code, liquid edits, meta tags, structured data, image alt text, etc.)
• Setup or guidance for AI tools that automate ongoing SEO tasks without bloating the theme
• A verification sheet showing before-and-after metrics for key pages so we can track ranking, traffic, and UX gains
