OpenCart-to-Shopify Migration

My current store runs on OpenCart 2.1.0.1 and I’m ready to move everything over to Shopify. This isn’t just a data dump—I need a complete, seamless migration that brings across every product, all customer records, full order history and any other store data that keeps the business running smoothly.
At the same time, I don’t want to replicate my old look. I’m aiming for a fresh, modern and minimalist design that takes advantage of Shopify’s theme ecosystem while keeping navigation intuitive and purchase flow lightning-fast. Feel free to recommend themes or build a custom child theme—whichever achieves the clean aesthetic and performance I’m after.
Key deliverables:
• Full data transfer: products, customers, order history—everything lives and functions on Shopify without loss or mismatch
• Modern minimalist theme setup (customised or bespoke) with responsive layouts and optimized load times
• URL and SEO consideration (301 redirects, metadata mapping) to preserve rankings and backlinks
• Essential app/configuration parity: shipping, payment gateways, tax rules, email notifications, etc.
• Post-migration testing and a short hand-over guide so my team can manage the new platform confidently
