Ongoing website merchandising / development of custom recipes

We are looking for a freelancer to review and maintain our product merchandising across our key and sub categories for a period of time while also aiding in developing and documenting custom merchandising rules (a.k.a. recipes) so we can look to apply these to an app/tool
