Ongoing Shopify Store Customization Assistance

I need an expert in Shopify to assist and guide me through customizing my store significantly. I'm looking for someone who can work closely with me, explaining the processes, and potentially carrying out the changes themselves. As this will be an ongoing project, we'll be adding many categories. To ensure you're the right fit for this role, please provide a list of stores you've worked on in the past.

Key tasks include:
- Extensive customization: We need to go beyond the standard Shopify theme and make significant changes to the store design and layout.
- Adding products and categories: You'll be responsible for adding and organizing a large number of products and categories.
- Setting up payment and shipping: Ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience for our customers.

Communication:
- I prefer communication through Skype calls. This allows for more instant feedback and immediate resolution of queries.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven track record with significant customizations on Shopify stores.
- Excellent communication skills, especially through Skype.
- Proficient in setting up payment gateways and shipping options.
