New Shopify Store setup. All products are imported. I need products put into collections and have more than 100 variants. Must be able to use Variant Option Product Options app. Must have collaborator access to shopify

I am looking for a Shopify expert to help set up my new Shopify store. The store is partially set up, but I need assistance with organizing the products into collections and managing over 100 variants. All products are currently imported into shopify.
If you put a bit on here, that is what I am expecting to pay, I will not increase my offer. Do not bid if you cannot agree to that. CAD
Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Shopify and experience with setting up Shopify stores
- Familiarity with the Variant Option Product Options app is a must
- Ability to work collaboratively and have collaborator access to Shopify
The ideal candidate should be able to provide suggestions for the layout and design of the product collections, as I am open to suggestions and do not have a specific design in mind. Additionally, the candidate should be patient and able to guide me through using the Variant Option Product Options app, as I am not familiar with it at all.
