Need a shopify store built.

I am looking to have a Shopify store built and I have a specific budget in mind for it. I will be selling primarily physical products, so the store should be designed with that in mind. I'm open to suggestions when it comes to the design, however I am eager to create an aesthetically pleasing and user friendly experience. I am allocating a budget of less than $20 for the project.
