Need shopify developer for our new shopify store

need shopify developer who able to create a good looking store.
we have domain only . we have not any shopify plans right now .so developer have to buy shopify plan and for us.
we also want to add some features to our website .
feature list is below
- add dumi tracking details for customer just for showing only.
