Need an existing Shopify Template Edited for the "Contact Us" and "Returns" section
Budget: $20 – $50 USD
Not looking for a full website makeover, so dont come at me with that or you will be ignored.
(1)We are looking to have our existing "Contact Us" area update so that it has some drop down options to ensure that the customers message is routed to the right department as well as an urgency drop down so the customer can select how urgent they feel their issue/question is.
(2)We are also looking to have our "Returns" section edited to reflect a clickable Return/RMA Sheet so that the customer can fill it out possibly on site and it submit to the correct email address of ours.
