Need Shopify developer for some customization in product page

I'm looking for a Shopify developer (expert), who can create custom product page as given in the example. Must be aware of Shopify liquids, and Shopify APIs, and must be able to deliver quality within the specified time. Let me know if this sounds doable to you. I will need some product page customization.
