Need Shopify Site Duplicated and Colors Updated on New Site

I am starting a new site commtac.com on Shopify. The name of the company will be COMMTAC Communications and Tactical Gear. We will sell two-way radios, accessories and tactical gear.
My current site is: https://earphoneguy.com and the new site will be commtac.com. I need the site duplicated and then the logo and color scheme changed. I am looking for a darker looking site. Maybe, blacks, grays, whites, etc..
I would like this accomplished very quickly.
I will need someone who speaks fluent English.
