Need Help to Design Shopify App

I am in need of an expert who can help me with the architecture of my Shopify app that will function as a chatbot. I have several design questions and would like to have someone to give me tips on how to design and make the shopify app ready for deployment. Specifically I have a theme app extension and have several questions around the integration with the backend.
