Need Email Template and Flows For Brand

Hi, I am looking for someone to create email templates for my brand that will include auto flows.

I would need the following flows:
Welcome Series
Abandoned Cart
Thank you email - this flow i need for both shopify and lightspeed pos
Product review flow
Cross sell and up sell flow
Birthday flow

Id like the emails templates to have fields for product recommendations based on what they bought.

This will be enabled in Klaviyo for my shopify store and lightspeed pos. Please show me what you can offer and how it can increase my conversions.
