Need Custom Modification on Shopify Theme

Need a Shopify guru to modify the side bar category section to only include categories and sub categories listed in the main navigation. Currently, all categories and sub categories are listed. I purchased the Mojuri Shopify Theme from Themeforest as we are switching to this theme. We are working in a development area in Shopify (a copied design). I will provide theme files.
