Move Woocommerce Site to Shopify and optimize page

We have a WooCommerce Shop and we would like to move it to Shopify. We need someone experienced to move it. I know that the products and information can easily be moved via an Excelfile but we are not keen on doing it ourselves.
We want to be sure the theme allowes us the maximum in control.
I have attached three themescreenshots that we like and a report that shows what we should do better. Please make sure you have a look at it all before you answer the screening questions.

- We have picked outofthesandbox and I have attached 3 themes we think would look great. Its VERY expensive. Do you have one that has same features and yet more affordable? Or is this one the bests? WE picked it because of full user control. Or Avone Theme. Which Theme would you suggest.
- How would you approach the project? How about revisions? Please have a look at amousewithahouse and give feedback.
