Move WooCommerce to SHopify

I know its easy as all that is needed is that the store is down and uploaded so please dont tell me it takes weeks. I just want someone else to do it and recreate the theme I already have. So please advise how much you would charge to move my website.\
And please advise the pro and cons of moving to Shopify or would a different platform be better?
