Month to month virtual assistant to run a Shopify e-commerce store & update Shopify website

I am looking for a long-term virtual assistant that is able to provide several services for my new e-commerce site and travel blog long term. The first month is a trial and if you succeed in month 1, we will review your earnings as we go. The store has now been in business for approximately a month and a half and we have no sales to date. I need someone with experience and a proven record that can handle the items listed below. I will be working on the blog content, so I need someone that understands Shopify and social media marketing and is able to make a profit within the next month.
1) I need someone that can be Shopify Store Manager/Webmaster.
-This position requires you to Run the store as if it were your own.
-Add at minimum 25 new products with copy per month.
-Respond to all customer inquires, orders, returns, correspondence.
-Collect and fulfill orders
-Marketing on social media outlets (Facebook, instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter)
-Make updates to the website as needed.
-Use and maintain Klayivo to support email marketing.
Note**The total marketing costs through ads will be a separate cost.
The proposal you send needs to include a breakout as shown below. : A simple, I guarantee sales, and I can do the job response will be deleted immediately.
Please provide a breakout of:
1) Your Management Expense: The cost for you to Run the store in its entirety (no sales to date), make website changes as requested, Klayivo, marketing, social media marketing of the products on 5 outlets.
2)I Provide a marketing budget to guarantee sales on social media
3) Past Performance showing success
