Job Description:
We are looking to hire a proficient freelancer with experience in Magento and Shopify to help us migrate our e-commerce store. The successful candidate will be responsible for a seamless transition, ensuring all data, including products, attribute sets, customers, orders, blogs, newsletters, meta titles, and meta descriptions, are accurately transferred.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate the current Magento setup to understand the complexities involved.
Plan a migration strategy ensuring minimal downtime and no loss of data.
Migrate all products along with their attribute sets.
Transfer all customer data, including order history.
Migrate blog posts and newsletters to a format compatible with Shopify.
Ensure all SEO data, including meta titles and descriptions, are accurately replicated on Shopify.
Test the new Shopify store rigorously to make sure all data is accurately reflected and the user experience is consistent.
Provide post-migration support for any troubleshooting or adjustments.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in migrating e-commerce stores, preferably from Magento to Shopify.
