Menu Customization for Cambodian Cuisine

I have a restaurant offering Cambodia cuisine. We have almost 200 items on our menu and we want to give our customers the ability to customize their orders.

Key Requirements:
- Allow customers to modify menu items with add-ons. For example, they should be able to add extra toppings or ingredients to their dishes.
- Provide portion size options. Customers should be able to choose between small, medium, and large portions for each dish.
- Enable customers to give special instructions for their orders. This means they can ask for variations like "extra spicy" or "no onions".

Ideal Freelancer:
- Prior experience in developing menu customization features for a restaurant or food delivery platform.
- Proficiency in implementing a user-friendly and intuitive interface for customer orders.
- Knowledge of Cambodian cuisine is a plus, although not mandatory.
- Understanding of potentially integrating dietary restriction options in the future.
