Match 'Purchase Options' Section with Reference - Shopify Work

I want that "Purchase Options" exactly same (look wise and functionality wise) like this here: https://nogginbrain.co.uk/products/oomph

I am using Seal Subscription App to enable "Subscribe & Save" option in my website and it seems that the reference website is also using the same App.

We only need to customize that section to match with the reference website ...

Please let me know the estimate time and cost for this work ... It 'a but urgent ...
