Manage Shopify store/ drive sales through ads

I am looking to hire someone experienced to manage my Shopify store driving sales through effective ads in exchange for 8-20% of profits after all expenses monthly.
As I am a still a student with no real salary please keep in mind that we are starting at the very bottom in terms of budget so if you want this position be sure that patience is an absolute necessity for this job.
Keep in mind that in the short term probably you will not make much money but rather we are building from the ground up so if you are skilled and patient we can make a lot in the long term!
Requirements:
sufficient understanding of meta ads and how to apply this knowledge to run a successful e-commerce website
Patience to help grow the business from the ground up for little pay to start off (pay is dependent purely on profit generated from sales)
A good understanding of English for easy and smooth communication with me.
