MIGRATION SHOPIFY STORE TO A NEW ONE

We need to migrate our whole store that was closed by problems with trademark to a new shopify store.
MAIN STORE is unavailable, so we could not preview the store. But we have accees to admin and codes.
WHAT IS ALREADY DONE:
1. We already have a new domain and a new myshopify store created.
2. We already migrate the theme
3. We already migrate the products
MAIN PROBLEM, APP MIGRATION:
1. Migration of all the apps, included the modified apps. We had done modifications on 2 apps. And we need to export them correctly without losing any code
2. Migration of all the Colletions and Pages
DEADLINE: We need this finish today
