Looking for a new Shopify Coder to add to my team to help us balance work delivery

I need 1 coder to add to my coding team. Must have experience working in Shopify. I am migrating 2 upcoming clients store from Wordpress over to shopify. Need someone who's not going to ask me what's the budget for every project. I hire you hourly, and I provide consistent work for the right smart coder who wants to never worry about clients. I have a consistent base of client work that I need support with. I have a senior coder you would work with, but for work hours I would essentially assign you a site to design initially, OR we would be working on fixes to client sites.
