Looking for a Shopify Expert (Please read full description)

I am a student who wants to learn how to change code in Shopify. This is my website "https://alimarts.store", Which is built on Shopify. We want two that are given below.
1 - I want to change the placeholders on the checkout page (Address replaced by "Flat, House no., Building, Company, Apartment", Apartment, Suite, etc. to "Area, Street, Sector, Village" and want to add a field Landmark.
2 - Show the different images on mobile view in the banner section.
I have attached the file please check and change it accordingly.
My budget is 500 Rs, So if you are comfortable with the budget ping me. I will not give you more than 500 Rs, because my budget is not allowing me.
