Looking to add size chart to shopify store

We're looking to ad a size chart to this website https://pinkcollarclothing.com/. I'd like a quote for 2 different methods.
The first method would be just creating a new page with all of the sizes. The second method would be having a size chart button for every product on the individual product pages.
