I run a small U.S.–based agency that maintains client stores and sites, and I’m ready to bring on a reliable virtual assistant for 20 – 40 hours each week. Your main playground will be Shopify: updating themes, uploading products, tweaking collections, installing simple scripts, and handling day-to-day layout fixes with basic HTML/CSS. If you know your way around WordPress too, that’s a bonus, but the core workload sits inside Shopify’s admin and Liquid files.

SEO is the other half of the role. I will count on you to keep every page search-friendly through:
• Meta tags and alt text
• Internal linking
• Building citations
• Article Building
• On-page SEO

Routine tasks also include scheduling Google My Business posts, creating quick graphics in Canva, preparing concise weekly reports, and logging everything in Trello or ClickUp so the team and clients always know what’s happening.

What I need from you: solid Shopify experience, workable English writing, fast learning, attention to detail, and a dependable internet connection. Part-time compensation starts at $400–$600 per month with performance bonuses; stick with me and you’ll grow alongside the agency.
