We are looking for a skilled and reliable Shopify E-commerce Assistant to help us build and scale high-converting online stores.
You will be responsible not only for store operations, but also for improving product pages through SEO, copywriting, and visual optimization (images & videos).
You will work closely with our team on a long-term basis.

Main Responsibilities:
Shopify Management
- Product listing and updates
- Order processing & fulfillment
- Store maintenance and optimization
Copywriting (IMPORTANT)
- Write product descriptions in English
- Focus on benefits, conversions, and clarity
- Follow structured templates (we provide guidelines)
SEO Optimization
- Optimize titles, descriptions, and keywords
- Basic on-page SEO for Shopify
- Improve product visibility on Google
Visual Content (Photos & Videos)
- Improve product images (basic editing, selection)
- Organize and upload product visuals
- Create simple product videos (or edit existing clips)
- Ensure clean, professional, and conversion-focused visuals
Customer Support (optional)
- Email / chat support if needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience with Shopify
- Experience in e-commerce (Shopify or similar)
- Basic knowledge of SEO and copywriting
- Ability to work with images and simple video editing tools
- Good English communication
- Detail-oriented and proactive

Working Hours (IMPORTANT):
- Must overlap at least 4–6 hours with CET timezone (Paris)
- Preferred schedule:
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Philippines time OR
- 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Philippines time

- $500– $1000/ month (depending on experience)
