List Variants as Different Products for 1 Collection on Shopify

I need a separate product listing for each variant for one collection on a Shopify store. For example if there is a shirt that is red, black and white, it would show up as three different products on the collection page. When the customer clicks on the product, they would still be able to see the variant selector on the product page in case they want to change the color without going back to the collection page.
