Launch Online Construction Store
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I come from a construction background and want to translate that know-how into an e-commerce venture focused on selling construction materials and tools. I need your help right from the idea-validation stage through to a live, revenue-ready store—and I’d like to move fast.
Here’s what I have in mind:
• Clarify the product niche: analyse demand, competitors and margins so we can decide exactly which materials or tools to stock first.
• Source suppliers: outline viable wholesalers or dropship partners, negotiate basic terms and map out fulfilment.
• Build the first store: choose the best platform (Shopify, WooCommerce or similar), configure payment, shipping and inventory tracking, and brand the storefront so it feels trustworthy to contractors and DIYers alike.
• Launch foundations: draft initial product descriptions, optimise for SEO, set up a lean ads or social strategy and create a simple analytics dashboard so I can monitor performance.
Acceptance criteria
1. A functioning, mobile-responsive online store with at least five ready-to-sell SKUs.
2. Supplier list and agreed onboarding process for new items.
3. A concise go-to-market plan covering traffic, ads and early customer service workflows.
I’m ready to start immediately and aim to see the first version live as soon as humanly possible, so if you have experience in e-commerce builds—especially in the construction or industrial tools niche—let’s get to work.
