Klaviyo Back in Stock integration

I have just updated my Prestige theme to the latest Shopify 2.0 update and the Klaviyo Black in Stock integration isn't working correctly. It is not taking over the Add to Cart button and the "email me when available" link is displaying below the product description. I would like it to take over the Add to Cart button when a variant is sold out. I have attached screen shot of the problem.
