Integrate a new design to a premium template that has bought to an existing shopify website

We have added a design for how we want this to look in a pdf format. This follows the basic principles of what needs to happen.
The existing site cannot be down whilst this is transformed although a maintenance page may show. Unfortunately, we have been let down by an existing supplier so the timing is very tight. In our view this should not take long to achieve.
On the front page, we will want 2no buttons, one to shop as per the existing site and one to pre-order. The pre-order page is important as this will lead to a full product specification for a new gaming mouse. An example of what we want to achieve with this page is the following URL; https://www.pulsar.gg/products/xlite-wireless. Our images are not as dynamic and we do not want the animation side of it for now. All marketing will be pushed to this page. We are looking for a quick around so want to appoint as soon as possible.
