Insert Klaviyo forms in shopify and landing page
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need to create three separate sign-up forms with each form directing to a different list in Klaviyo.
With this logic, if a customer fills in form A, they are added to the form A-List, or if they fill in one of the other forms they are added to the list associated with the form.
I need to place it on different areas of my website to target different users.
I have 2 lists
1 - Benibeca Club (for users subscribers). To be located in the footer on the website
2 -Benibeca Newsletter (newsletter subscribers). It is located on different pages.
