Improve Shopify Speed -- 2

I'm looking for someone to help me improve the speed of my Shopify website. My current speed score is below 50, and I need to decrease download times within a month. Optimizing code and lowering hosting cost are also goals of mine, and I'm open to considering suggestions on how to achieve those, too. I'm looking for someone who can provide quality work and improvements in a timely manner.
