Implement Custom Changes to Shopify Theme

Hi There,
We are looking for a freelancer to implement basic custom changes to our Older Shopify Theme.
We have been advised by Shopify there are no available codes with our current theme to make the following changes. We need an expert to customise our current theme. We are NOT looking to change over themes, so please do not suggest this as a solution.
The following changes are required
1. Change - Add to Cart Function
-1a. We would like to do the following, when the customer adds the product to their cart (refer to Image). It then adds the item to the cart without taking them away from the product page
-1b. Also to add little icon to appear next to the cart to show number of items added (refer to Image)
2. Change Product Titles on Collection Pages
-2a. On Desktop Version to Change product titles on collection pages to have 3 rows instead of 2 rows
-2b. On Mobile Version to change product Titles on collection pages to increase space to show all 3 rows (currently cutting off some of the text). Also to Slightly to decrease size of product title text
3. Add SKU Number to Display on product page
- Current the SKU number is not showing on the product page.
4. Add Arrows On (Desktop Website) for Drop Down Menus
- The drop down menus on the main header interface for the (desktop website only) do not have any arrows on indentations to make it clear that there are further selections
