Hiring a new Shopify coder for our team $8/hr 30-60 hours /monthly.

I'm looking for a new hire to help me on some Shopify store accounts I manage for clients. The current coder has been working with me for 3 years. You will be filling the shoes of a lead developer and must know how to properly edit code, customize theme, and be available during the business hours of ET time 9-6pm . I'm paying $8/hr, and I have up to 30-60 hours, but if you're really good potentially up to 120 hours.
