Hide Shopify Product from certain Collection Using Metafields

I have a very tricky situation, I would like to publish certain product in Shopify Online Store channel, but I don't want them to be findable through search function or the collection function.
For the search function I figure out a way using hidden seo field but for the collection function I still unable to find a way.
Let me know if you're expert in this.
