Help with cart and delivery options in Shopify

I have a shopify store using Responsive theme. I need help to:

- Give user the option to choose "Collection" from delivery options for FREE
- Allow user to choose delivery date at checkout
- Force user to visit cart page BEFORE checkout
- Hide "pay with Google" on product pages

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK NOW AS LAUNCHING SHOP TODAY
