Help to finish a shopify website

I have a shopify website and I would need help to finish it. We gave the contract to a company and after more than 10 months it is still not finished. There is a CSV file linked to the website with all of the products that we sell. I don't know how to link the column of the excel file with the different field of the products in shopify. Also, we have a lot of pictures. They are being hosted on a server that we don't have access to and that's basically where the delays are from the company, We would like to find an online server to host all of our pictures to have control over what's happening.
I would also need help with the e-mail campain. The e-mails are created but I don't know how to create a link that will automate the e-mails...
In conclusion... I need help and fast!!!
