Help Customize a Shopify Theme Based on Previous Version of a Online Store Site

I am looking for a Shopify developer to help me customize a specific Shopify theme based on a previous version of my online store. The main features I need to be customized are the navigation and menus. Also a few existing apps in a previous version that are setup need to be setup in the new version. We are working with the "Warehouse" theme from Shopify and a few functionality tweaks need to be made. I have a deadline of less than 2 weeks for this project. The ideal candidate should have experience with Shopify theme customization and be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines. PM for details.
