I am seeking a Google Certified Partner or a Merchant Center Specialist with a proven track record of resolving "Misrepresentation" suspensions. My Shopify store, which sells a legal contraceptive product in the UK, is consistently flagged despite a competitor successfully running ads for the exact same product.
The Challenge:
Niche: Adult/Contraceptives (Legal and restricted to UK).
History: The site was previously on a different domain where all appeals were exhausted.
Current Setup: We have moved to a fresh domain, new Shopify account, and new Ad account, but the Misrepresentation flag has persisted/returned.
Status: We have already performed a site-wide audit and followed Google’s standard guidance, but we are stuck in an automated rejection loop.
What I Need:
Deep-Dive Audit: Identify "hidden" trust signals or data discrepancies (GTINs, business verification, or "Circumventing Systems" triggers) that standard audits missed.
Manual Review Escalation: I am looking for an expert who knows how to move past the AI bot responses to secure a manual human review.
Appeals Management: Crafting and submitting a professional, evidence-based appeal that addresses the specific "Misrepresentation" and "Account History" concerns.
Requirements:
Specific Experience: Must have "Shopify GMC Rescue" experience.
Portfolio: You must be able to demonstrate (via case studies or reviews) that you have successfully reinstated accounts in "Sensitive" or "Adult" categories.
Certification: Preferred Google Certified Partner.
