Google Merchant Reviews Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an expert who can connect the product-review data that already lives in my Shopify store to Google Merchant Center so that star ratings appear on Shopping ads and free listings. The job starts with generating—or regenerating—the Google Product Ratings XML feed, mapping every SKU correctly, and making sure the feed passes Google’s policy checks without warnings.
Once the feed is in place, I want it scheduled for automatic updates and synced reliably with any new reviews that come in. If Google flags issues (duplicate IDs, unsupported markup, mismatched GTINs, missing opt-in language, etc.) I’ll rely on you to troubleshoot and re-submit until approval is secured.
Deliverables will be considered complete when:
• A live Product Ratings feed is visible in Merchant Center with no disapprovals.
• Reviews from my Shopify store display on at least one Shopping listing preview within Merchant Center.
• A short hand-off document explains how to edit, regenerate, and re-upload the feed in case Google changes requirements.
Familiarity with Shopify’s reviews apps, Google’s Product Ratings XML spec, and the Diagnostics tab inside Merchant Center is essential. If you’ve navigated this process before, I’m ready to get started right away.
