-Full-Time – 7 days/week (Sunday is negotiable with valid reason)

We are an e-commerce company looking for a highly motivated and dependable Customer Support Agent to join our team full-time. You'll be handling customer service for our international customers, primarily in Europe.
-Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email quickly and professionally
Track orders and update customers regarding delays or issues
Handle disputes and refund requests through Shopify, PayPal, etc.
Escalate complex issues to internal teams
Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
-Requirements:
You must understand at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, or German
Customer service experience in e-commerce is required (Shopify experience is a strong plus)
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Available 7 days/week (Sunday can be discussed if needed)
Calm and professional attitude, even under pressure

Fixed salary: €400/month
