Full-Time Ecommerce VA Dropshipping Brand (PageFly Expertise REQUIRED)

Position: Ecommerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Expert: You must have extensive experience with Shopify, including customer management, product creation, and all related tasks. We are looking for someone who already knows the platform inside out.
PageFly Proficiency: You need to be highly skilled in using PageFly (NOT similar page builders available on the Shopify App Store, we're interested in PAGEFLY). We expect you to create top-notch landing pages, as we ourselves have built pages for brands making millions monthly. Your expertise should match our high standards.
Photoshop Mastery: You must know how to use Photoshop to create branded product images with text and information overlays that look professional and appealing.
Customer Service Excellence: You should have solid experience in providing excellent customer service. Whether using email, Facebook chat, or responding to comments, you need to handle all inquiries professionally and efficiently. Our customer service is conducted in Spanish, so fluency in Spanish is a must. You may use tools like ChatGPT if needed, but the quality of service should never be compromised.
Social Media Management: You will be responsible for managing and posting engaging content daily on our brand's Facebook page. Your posts should be relevant and resonate with our audience.
