Full-Service Shopify Store Manager

My Shopify store is already live; now I’m ready to hand the wheel to someone who can keep it moving and growing. You will take complete ownership of daily operations, freeing me to focus on product development.

Here’s what the role looks like:

• Inventory management – maintain accurate stock levels, coordinate re-orders, and keep product pages up to date.
• Customer service – respond to tickets and chats promptly, resolve issues, and maintain a positive brand voice.
• Marketing & promotions – plan and launch campaigns, update homepage banners, and track results.

I’ll rely on a concise performance report every two weeks covering sales, traffic, ad spend, and any wins or challenges. We currently run Shopify POS in our physical pop-up, so smooth syncing between online and in-store inventory is essential. If you have preferred marketing or automation apps, I’m open to suggestions as long as they integrate cleanly with the existing setup.
