Fixing Unresponsive Shopify Menus

I'm experiencing some issues with the menu on my Shopify website. The pull down menu are not showing. The normal menu are working fine.
I'm unsure of the theme currently in use on the website, but I should mention that there have been some customizations made to the menu code and structure.
The perfect freelancer for this project, therefore, would be someone:
- Skilled in Shopify web development
- Experienced in troubleshooting and modifying menu settings, structures and codes
- Able to work with various Shopify themes
