Fixing Globo Menu Links to Navigation Pages with collections in Shopify

I have a Shopify store that is using globo Mega menu and I'm wanting to point to Pages which contain collections. I have a number of pages to get created and I'm looking for somebody who has lots of expertise and Shopify who can build these collection pages and Link them to the globo menu. I need to learn exactly how this is done for future reference and maintenance.

I'm also looking for somebody who can help me optimize the speed of the website because I believe that it may be slower than it could be.. The site is hplapidary.com.
