Fix sticky full-width navigation bar under header (Shopify Horizon theme)

I have built a custom collection links bar (horizontal scrollable nav) in Shopify, but the sticky behaviour is not working correctly.
The bar should:
• Sit directly under the main header
• Be full width (edge-to-edge)
• Become sticky on scroll
• Remain visible while scrolling down the page
• Work on both desktop and mobile

• Horizontal scroll works (including drag + arrow indicator)
