Fix error on our shopify site and add one extra section on delivery

Looking for an expert in Shopify.
We have recently paid for a new Shopify site, but we are noticing some errors when we receive orders.
Some orders show the date for delivery and gift card message, but then some orders don't show it. All orders need to show us the date for delivery and the gift card message - as we are a gift giving business.
Must check on desktop site and mobile site for the issue please.
Also, we need an extra section added into the delivery options.
